Term 4

This term we have been learning about the Human Body in our Science topi with Mrs Dawodu.. We have also been able to put our French body parts vocabulary to use! As well as this we have been excited to explore the Commonwealth in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games being held in Glasgow. We are proud that a Scottish city is playing host to the event and we are also interested in finding out about other countries in the Commonwealth. Our class focus is the Rights, Values and Goals linked to this.

We are enjoying Cycling Proficiency Training with Miss Paterson and Mrs Maxwell and we are working through the programme with confidence. This term we are undergoing Playmakers Training with our Active School Co-ordinator and each of us will receive a certificate at the end of the course.  As well as this we have had Cricket lessons which have enhanced our ball skills , team work and co-ordination.

Recently we met the new entrants who will be our Primary ones come August. We are looking forward to finding out who our Buddies will be and have already begun to think about the many responsibilities we will have in Primary 7.

We are looking forward to Sports Day and the End of Term Reward!  Many of us are also featuring in the school show this term and we know it will be a fabulous performance as always.

Primary 6B and Miss Paterson would like to wish you all a safe and relaxing summer holiday.
